At Livestock, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unused condition.

Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a return authorization number.

Prepare the Package

Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached and include a copy of your packing slip inside the box.

Ship the Item

Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects and approves the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
